This is one of my all time favorite Christmas goodies. There is a reason it is called “Christmas crack,” because it is so addicting. It is really easy to make but it tastes like it came right from a candy store. Think sugar meets toffee meets caramel meets chocolate. What is better than that?! All you need is a few ingredients that you might already have on hand. I prefer to use graham crackers for the base, but I have also seen people use saltine crackers instead. So if you like the salty and sweet combo, I would definitely recommend trying that. Otherwise graham crackers are hard to beat!

- 6-9 sheets of graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz chocolate chips (half of a bag)
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions

- Line a 9x13 baking sheet with foil and grease the foil well.
- Place graham crackers on baking sheet. You may need to break some so they fit until the baking sheet is covered.
- In a small saucepan, boil the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract for 2-3 minutes or until it’s a caramel consistency, stirring frequently.
- Pour over the graham crackers and bake for 5 minutes.
- Once removed from oven, let set for a couple minutes.
- Place chocolate chips on top and put back in the oven for just a minute so they melt.
- Remove from oven and spread chocolate with a spatula until it’s all covered.
- Top with Christmas sprinkles.
- Let set in fridge for a few hours before serving.
