creamy and delicious treat for kids( And You) . Strawberries are one of our favorite fruits so anytime we can make it into something deliciously sweet , with a twist of healthy, It's always a huge hit!

This strawberry cheesecake smoothie is perfect mid day /after school snack. So satisfy your sweet craving with this creamy and delicious strawberry cheesecake shake!

This shake is super easy to make , you just require 4 ingredients : Strawberries,milk,cream cheese and honey.

Here I used fresh strawberries but you can also use the frozen ones. You can try the same recipe with your favorite kind of berry too.

In this recipe I used full-fat cream cheese. I grew up drinking full-fat cow's milk so I always prefer to add the same in my kids diet .But if you want you can always use low-fat cream cheese and milk. Cream cheese adds a tangy flavor to the shake and makes it super rich and creamy.

I just rimmed the glasses with some cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs. But a big dollop of whipped cream is always a tastier topping to try ;)

  • 1 Cup Strawberries (Fresh/Frozen)
  • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs( For Garnish and Rim)
For The Shake
Add Strawberries, milk and honey or any sweetener in a blender jar.
Blend everything well until smooth and creamy.
Serve in graham crackers rimmed glasses and enjoy!
