The Perfect Iced Coffee

An easy trick to make delicious and robust iced coffee. Once you use this technique you'll never drink your iced coffee another way.

The perfect iced coffee combines strong brewed coffee and milk served over ice. The coffee typically needs to be strong, or even an espresso, because the ice will naturally water it down as it melts.

If you enjoy sipping on iced coffee but don't love that watered down taste at the end, try this trick! Coffee ice cubes! Make a tray of these and use them in the recipe below to make a full bodied iced coffee that never tastes watered down.

Top your coffee with a little foamed milk and a dusting of cocoa for an indulgent coffee drink.
