Iced coffee is so easy to make at home. You'll just need cold brew, this sugar free vanilla syrup, ice, and milk. You can use almond milk or coconut milk for a dairy free option. I recommend getting actual cold brew. It's not as bitter as hot brewed coffee.

This recipe makes a sugar free vanilla syrup. You can use this for this skinny iced vanilla latte or to use in hot coffee. It will last in the fridge for a few weeks. I use stevia extract for a no calorie sweetener.

Ingredients
Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or the inside of a vanilla bean
  • 2 teaspoons stevia extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Iced Vanilla Latte
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk choice
  • 1/8 cup vanilla simple syrup
  • ice
Instructions
Vanilla Syrup Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender.
Place in the fridge up to a week. You can store it up to a week.
Vanilla Latte Directions
Fill a cup 3/4 full of ice.
Pour over the milk choice, vanilla simple syrup, and coffee. Stir well.
