If you're looking for the dish that will be a weekly staple, look no further. These air fried turkey meatballs are the best weeknight recipe! No seriously, they come together in less than 30 minutes, they're healthy, there's enough for leftovers, and they're absolutely delicious.

The best part about air frying these meatballs is the quick cooking time and the easy cleanup. Essentially this is just a two pot meal - a mixing bowl to mix the meatballs in, and the air fryer basket to cook them. How much easier can it get?

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Mix until just combined and the meat will form into balls

Transfer to the air fryer and cook at 400º for 10-14 minutes (depending on their size)

And boom - crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside!
