Gluten Free Teriyaki Tofu

This dish is vegetarian and can easily be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup. It is completely gluten free and absolutely delicious! Serve with rice of choice and broccoli or preferred veggie.

I froze the tofu and let it thaw to give it a texture more similar to chicken. This extra step is entirely optional, but I recommend giving it a try to see how you like it! After it thaws, just make sure to press the tofu to remove excess liquid then rip it into small pieces. I prefer doing this vs cutting it into cubes.
