You know my love for one-pan meals and if you’re anything like me… enjoy simple, healthy, tasty and easy cleanup then you love them too! I have another good one for you today!

Typically I’m not a fan of sweet and savory together (no chicken and waffles for me!), but this one-pan balsamic chicken and veggies just has a hint of sweetness thanks to the maple syrup and it really works!

This is a simple meal you can throw together on a busy weeknight and have a healthy, tasty dinner ready in less than 30 mins!
