Ingredients

  • 5oz cooked, shredded chicken breast (rotisserie chicken works well here)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2T buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Blend 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1T buffalo sauce and garlic powder in a high power blender until smooth. Pour into a small baking dish or iron skillet.
Mix shredded chicken with 1T buffalo sauce and sprinkle over the cottage cheese
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite chips or raw vegetables!
