I was in the mood for a chicken gyro and it could not have been easier to make!

Start off by making the tzatziki, this will be used for both the marinade and the sauce.

In a bowl, mix together 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 squeezed lemon juice, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Add some seasoning to the chicken breast after washing and patting dry. I like using garlic powder, onion powder and oregano.

Add the marinade in a zip lock bag with the chicken breast for an hour in the fridge.

Place the chicken in the air fryer for 25 minutes on 400 degrees.

Let the chicken cool for a few minutes. Once the chicken is ready, slice it up thinly.

I found these little pita pockets but any wrap or naan will do.

Dice about 1/4 cup of cucumbers, tomatoes and onion.

Put it all in your wrap and enjoy!

I personally don't like adding the cucumbers into the tzatziki sauce since it feel like it makes it watery and I like my cucumbers crunchy!
