Easy Greek Monkey Bread Recipe for the Whole Family

I was introduced to Monkey bread years ago but never savory monkey bread. I know my kids love sweet monkey bread, but will they love savory too?

I first prepared all the ingredients before assembly. Then I grabbed my large bowl for mixing.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Use cooking spray and coat a bundt pan. Set aside.

Cut each Grands' biscuit into quarters and roll each quarter into a ball.

Set them aside on a cookie sheet so they don't stick together.

Mix the grated Romano cheese, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes (diced), kalamata olives, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Then add the oil slowly and stir it into the mix.

By doing it this way, it creates a paste that easily sticks to the balls.

Add the Pillsbury Grands(TM) biscuit balls a few at a time until you add the entire amount into the bowl. Coat completely.

These coated balls can be pressed into it to keep the form of the monkey bread in the bundt pan.

Bake till golden brown or about 45 minutes.

Let sit for 15 minutes before removing it from the mold.

Note: if you have an issue with the center not being cooked, just put the slice back and return it to the bundt and bake an additional 10 minutes or more.

Here is what it looked like after it was turned out. Yummy, right? The kids loved it! I served it with warm tomato sauce.
