Homemade Spiced Apple Butter
Sharing our favorite Homemade Instant Pot Spiced Apple Butter, because it's the end of October and I can't think of a better way to end the month than with something this delicious. All it needs is a few simple ingredients. Fresh apples tossed in your instant pot with apple cider, boiled cider, lemon juice, brown sugar, white sugar, and just a little bit of apple pie spice, then pressure cooked, blended, and cooked again to create the creamiest, most amazing apple butter ever! It's light and airy with strong Fall flavors, and warming autumn spices. It's perfect for a chilly Fall morning, and best enjoyed when generously smeared on your favorite apple or pumpkin baked goods!

What is the measurement for the boiled cider? I think it was left out of the recipe?
There aren't any instructions, and what is boiled cider? Just cider, boiled, or is it is different kind--like ale?
