Step-By-Step Instructions


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef (plus any extras: onion, bell pepper) over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

    too much salt with the chese soup

    I'm in the UK and have never seen cheese soup here. Is it possible to use a cheese sauce instead?

      I think you could definitely try a cheese sauce. I would use about the same amount as the can, 1 1/4 cups. I would love to hear if you try it!
