Holiday hosting doesn’t need to be hard. These Cranberry Pumpkin Seed bites are the perfect appetizer to transition from fall to winter.

I love easy appetizers that I can whip up at a moments notice, yet look like they took much more effort than they really did.

The holiday season is busy enough, so having a few good staple appetizer ideas on hand is so helpful for those last minute unexpected guests.

All you need to make these delicious treats are garlic flavored baguette style crackers, goat cheese, cranberry jelly and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds. It doesn’t get much easier than that, and you would never know judging by how good these taste.

I love using garlic flavor baguette crackers for this appetizer, but really any type of savory crackers would work. I have also made these on fresh baguette bread and they are equally as delicious but do require slightly more prep work.

Next you want to spread a generous layer of goat cheese onto each cracker.

Top with a spoonful of cranberry jelly or your favorite jam.

And finally add a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds to each cracker.

These look so festive, and are sure to be enjoyed by all of your guests!

The crunchy cracker, combined with creamy goat cheese, tart jelly and chewy pumpkin seeds is absolutely delicious.
