Tagliatelle With Red Pepper Sauce

4 portions

Honestly, I didn't know how to name this recipe, because I used a product that is widespread mainly in Hungary - it is called ajvár. It is an already blended cream made from red peppers, eggplant and garlic. Since I thought, unfortunately, this item is not on the shelves of most foreign grocery stores, I used red pepper sauce in the recipe, which, believe me, works just as perfectly. However, you will surely find a lot of good recipes for ajvár on the internet, but I hope I will share one very soon. I hope your week goes well and you eat lots of tasty food!
