Chocolate Covered Strawberry Loaf

This recipe is very easy but is so good. We love chocolate covered strawberry and we love to dunk them into chocolate either fondue or melting chocolate. I was going to use raspberries i this recipe too but they ended up not being very ripe at the tie of making them. You could use whatever fruit you wanted and I have even used graham crackers and or cookies halves.I used a mini loaf pan and put the parchment paper in it to make it easy to just pull out and slice up. I slice the berries up, since I used strawberries then I lined them up in the pan. After that I melted some almond melting chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals until it was melted and shiny. Then you carefully pour the chocolate over the strawberries. I wished I would have used a lot more strawberries so I would recommend filling it to the top of the loaf pan with the berries. After the chocolate is poured you just wait for it to harden. Then carefully pull the parchment loaf out of the pan and you can cut into slices. It tastes just like the chocolate covered strawberries without all the mess, at least for me.

The slices look so pretty.

I washed and dried my strawberries.

In the halfway time of melting the chocolate.

Now it is ready.

After pouring in the loaf pan.

It is very tastyy.
