These s'more cookies are semi-homemade with a yellow cake mix. It's a quick and easy dessert recipe that can be made in less than an hour, including baking 2 dozen cookies!
I made them as a traditional s'mores cookie with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. I also have variations in my best s'mores cookies recipe, so be sure to click over to see them.
I used a yellow cake mix, but you can use a white cake mix or even chocolate. I usually use freeze dried marshmallows to make mine, but you can use mini marshmallows like I did for the the photos.
This recipe makes two to three dozen cookies, depending on the size.
