Coconut Apricot Bars
Preheat oven to 160 Celsius
Line a standard size slice tray with baking paper.
Melt 50 grams butter, 200 grams dark cooking chocolate and half cup honey in large pot.
When melted add 2 1/2 cups cooking oats, 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cups diced apricots.
Combine mixture.
Press into prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate overnight then cut into bars.
You can cut into museli style bars as shown, or smaller squares.
