Chips and dip in a ball.
What's not to love about these?
To make it, you will need Pringles sour cream and onion chips, cream cheese, gouda cheese, fresh basil, and fresh rosemary.
Grate 1 cup of cheese.
In a bowl mix the cheeses, sour cream and the finely chopped herbs.
Add one cup of crushed chips.
Save the rest to use later.
Mix well and with clean hands, roll into balls.
I made 12 larger size balls, but you can make smaller balls if you desire.
Place on a platter and put a cocktail skewer into each ball.
