Choco Chips Banana Bread

Made with whole wheat flour and coconut sugar, this chocolate chips banana bread is just perfect. It is healthy, delicious and easy to make.
This cake is a regular at my home. I bake it almost every week. You can store it up to 3-4 days at room temperature, provided it lasts till then. At my home it usually gets finished within a day.
This is my son’s favourite too. He loves to have it in morning breakfast and in his lunchbox. As far as I am concerned, I love it with my morning coffee.

Choco Chips Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 over ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbs yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 360
- Mix all dry ingredients except sugar in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl mash bananas using a fork.
- Add oil, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and blend. Do not overmix.
- Add chocolate chips and blend.
- Transfer batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Add some chocolate chips on its top.
- Bake for 50-55 mins at 360 F
- Let the cake cool down.

In step 4 you mention milk but it is not in the list of ingredients. What kind and how much please.
