Ingredients
For the Sandwich
  • 1/2 lb clean and deveined shrimps
  • Handful tortilla chips cracked
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 fluffy bun
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
For the Shrimps Sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 stp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp regular dijon
  • 1 tbsp grainy dijon
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper to taste
For the Citrusy Side Salad
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Handful basil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Season shrimps with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil.
In the meantime, combine sauce ingredients. One shrimps are cooked, coat with sauce and combine well. Set aside to cool down.
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl
Assemble shrimps sandwich: open the bun, add the lettuce leave, shrimps, crushed tortillas. Serve with salad and enjoy!
