30 Churros

When it comes to desserts churros are always one of the best treat for me. With a rich indulgent chocolate sauce they just taste heavenly. They are made using regular kitchen pantry staples like flour, butter/ oil, salt and sugar. These delicious eggless churros are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, are rolled in cinnamon sugar and go great with the chocolate dipping sauce. I was craving churros from the longest time and decided to make it Eggless. In most of the country Churros recipes typically use eggs which makes it taste richer but this Churros recipe is completely eggless and I know you’re going to love it!

All the ingredients used in the recipe are very basic and easy. Please ensure that your mixture is not runny once you mix the flour.

Be careful while transferring the hot and thick mixture into the piping bag as it could really hurt you if you are not careful. Once the churros are fried roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Just follow the recipe and you’re all set.
