Whole Wheat Beer Bread

After 9 months of pregnancy, plus 2 months of breastfeeding - I MISSED DRINKING BEER. Now that I am allowed to drink again, I still can't drink too much. I thought to treat myself to a nice beer bread. Ended up making 3. Here is the recipe that made my tummy happy
First, I mixed all dry ingredients, minus the salt, in a mixer bowl.
When mixed, I added the beer and salt. As the beer replaced the water, there isn't a need to mix a lot.
This is the consistency after mixing it. Now I wait for 15 minutes for the dough to rise - room temp only. After a quarter of an hour I divided the dough into three balls and left it to rise again for about 40 minutes. Then, I covered each ball with oat meal flakes and shaped it up as I wanted. I fancied square shaped slices of bread, to be served as a beer-cheese sandwich. 🥪
Then, I baked it for 45 minutes, until golden.
I waited for about 15 minutes before cutting it and serving. Delicious beer after-taste! Yummy in my tummy
