Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin Skewers

4-5 Servings

An air fryer is so incredibly versatile and I find it does such a great job of cooking skewers. They don’t beat the grill but surely is 10xs better than using the oven. They brown up nicely and forms a beautiful crust.

I was playing around with different ways to cook pork tenderloin and decided to try them in the air fryer. Since they are pretty lean, you want to ensure you have a marinade with some acid in it to tenderize the meat. And, be sure to not overcook them or you’ll end up with very tough and chewy skewers.
