Easy Pickled Onions

1 jar
2 min

I make these every single week and add them to almost every meal. They are so versatile and add such a nice twang! My almost 3 year old even requests them on the daily for his meals.

Pickled onions may help improve cardiovascular health by lowering cholesterol levels and reducing blood pressure. Additionally, any sort of pickled or fermented food aids in digestion and improving gut health. This is not fermented so it will not feed the same gut bacteria, but it is pickled and delicious.

It takes me 2 minutes to make and I put it in the fridge for 1 week. I have added to salads, sandwiches, gyros, salmon bowls, etc.
