The Best Sweet Potato and Chickpeas Burger Patties
Many people think that vegan burgers are boring, that is because they haven't tried this delicious recipe for sweet potatoes and chickpea patties. They're sweet, savory and full of favor. The spice mix gives them that extra kick that they need while the chia and flaxseed add a bit of a crunch to the texture. The caramelized mushrooms and onions combined with creamy citrusy guacamole are the prefect topping to bring out the flavor from these delicious patties. I also recommend using toasted brioche buns but you can use any other variety of buns you like. you can also substitute the buns for lettuce or simply have the patties on their own. definitely a perfect summer meal. I served the burgers with corn on the cob and baked broccoli. Please give it a try and let me know how you like it in the comments sections.
