So, my latest recipe is this Roasted Cheddar Cheese Green Beans. Green Beans were never my go-to vegetable. Spinach, Green Beans, Peas!! Never!!! I would always tell my mom.  (Spinach actually has become one of my favorites!) At the beginning of the year, I planted seeds. And little did I know that I would be able to produce three kilos of these delicious little veggies. I am still quite surprised with this accomplishment.

  • 2 kilos Green Beans
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves roasted (optional)
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese mild (chopped into smaller pieces)
  • 5 Cherry Tomates slices

Instructions

Preperation

boil green beans in water and set aside to cool
Add in olive oil, roasted garlic, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and bake at 180 for 30 minutes or until green beans are crispy.
