  • 500 g green beans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay the green beans on the tray as spread out as possible.
In a small bowl combine the other ingredients (olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes and garlic).
Use your hands to rub the mix onto the green beans.
Place the tray in the oven and cook until the edges start to turn brown, around 20 minutes.
