Air fried crispy roasted chickpeas! Don't have an air fryer? Don't worry, you can still bake these in the oven, however, it may take a lot longer for the chickpeas to become crispy. I have been loving this snack lately — it’s full of flavour and protein which is something I’m always looking to increase as a vegetarian! I stuck to some simple flavours here (salt and pepper), but I would love to try using some different seasonings and testing out a barbeque flavour as well. - 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Garlic powder (Or any other seasonings you like!)
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Coat with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle on seasonings.
- Cover your air fryer with aluminum foil and spread out the chickpeas. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 390F. You may need to cook them for a shorter or longer period of time depending on your air fryer! Remove when crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool before storing them in an airtight container. Enjoy!
