Ingredients
Sauce
  • 3/4 cup raw peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Vegetables
  • 800 g broccoli
  • 800 g cauliflower
Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. You may need to add some boiling water if the sauce isn't runny enough, this will depend on the consistency of your peanut butter.
Lay your vegetables in the air fryer, making sure not to overlap - you will need to do 2 rounds in the air fryer.
Drizzle the sauce generously over the vegies.
Prepare your air fryer by setting it to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and the timer to 8 minutes.
Start cooking and repeat process until all the vegetables have been cooked.
