Have you ever made floral ice cubes? Let me show you how I make these lavender ice cube stirrers to cool and calm all your hot summer drinks.

I like to make the long ice cube forms because they serve multi purposes. The long form serves as a stirrer, while it chills down your beverage and the lavender infuses great flavor and sensations.

These lavender ice cubes are not difficult to make, but a couple of tips are super helpful.

Follow along to see how you can make these at home for your next cocktail party, or for your cool glass of lemonade as you work in the garden, or for a nice glass of rose as you unwind at the end of a long summer day.

ways to enjoy lavender ice cube stirrers

These lavender ice cube stirrers are super versatile. You can use them as a stirrer, or as an ice cube, or as a flavor infuser, or all of the above.

The super bonus is that these long ice cubes are super pretty too. It’s like having a bouquet in your favorite beverage.

These are not only great in alcoholic and virgin cocktails or in favorite soft drinks like lemonade or tonic, but they are great for infusing flavor to a plain glass of water.

We know the importance of drinking plenty of water, and this is a great way to elevate your water consumption. Also, if you’re a water bottle person, these long ice cube molds are made with that in mind. The narrow profile is meant to fit through the mouths of water bottles.

lavender love

We grow lavender in our garden, which I showed here {summer garden update}. So I love to use it in many different ways like in these lavender ice cube stirrers.

You also saw them in this centerpiece bouquet {a bohemian tablescape}. I have a few more lavender posts lined-up, where I will share other ways to use this beautiful aromatic flower.
