Easy Homemade Yorkshire Pudding

As someone who does not do much baking, I promise that these golden brown yorkshire puddings are impossible to get wrong! They only require a few ingredients, all of which you likely have on hand already. Mix them together and pop them in the oven then watch them puff up into delicious, fluffy, buttery bites!


I typically serve these with roasted meat of some sort. They're delicious topped with more butter as well as with gravy or sauce.


These take 20 - 25 minutes to bake and to make sure they're fully cooked, just stick a toothpick in. If it comes out clean, you're good to go!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • melted butter for the muffin pan
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450F
Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the milk and salt
In a separate bowl, add the flour
Add half of the wet mix to the flour then mix together until it forms a paste
Add the rest of the wet mix then use an electrical beater to mix it until all clumps are gone
Grease the muffin pan with butter then fill each cup up 1/2 way, leaving room for them to rise
Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
