It can be made in tons of different ways, but this mint and chocolate combination is a crowd favorite every time.


The secret ingredient to these delicious cookies – pudding.


I know. I know. You are shocked.


But it is the addition of the mini Andes mints bits that especially elevates this particular recipe to “most loved’ status.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c salted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Andes mints bits
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together.
Place rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375F for 8-10 mins. Do NOT over bake. Will seem doughy when they are first removed from oven. Allow to cool.
