Awesome Berry Soup
If you're looking for something light, healthy, and refreshing, this is it! Now this recipe can be made into a smoothie or eaten as a delicious soup. I'm always looking to up my game in flavor and at the same time gain added nutrition. You can see more of my crazy creations here
You'll need the following ingredients:
A bottle of Keifer, and you can choose any flavor you like. I'm using a berry flavor.
1 frozen bag of strawberries, and again you can use any fruit of your choice here.
Place the bottle of Kiefer and the bag of frozen strawberries in a blender. You can add more if you'd like to create this recipe for more people.
Blend until smooth, and this can take some time. You want all of the berries to be blended completely so there are no chunks left.
Place into a container, add a lid, and place in the refrigerator, or serve and eat immediately.
This is such a nutritious and yummy soup, and I hope you enjoy it too.
