Chicken and Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 1 kg canned corn kernels
- 3 white onions chopped
- 5 tablespoons cornflower
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon ginger powder
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 stalks celery
- 0.5 kg chicken frames
Instructions
- In a large pot, mix the corn and onion on medium heat.
- Add in the cornflower, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and ginger, stirring well till combined.
- Keep mixing for 10 minutes and then add in the chicken broth.
- Place the lid on the pot, turn down the head to low and let the soup cook for 1 hour.
- Remove soup from heat and let cool completely.
- Once cold, use a stick blender to blend the soup until all the corn and onion has been fully blended.
- Place chicken frames into a soup bag and place the chicken and celery into the soup.
- Return the pot to a low flame and cover the pot with a lid.
- Cook on a low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, remove the soup bag with the chicken.
