Watermelon-Peach Salsa

4 Servings

I enjoy making different fruity salsas in the summer months, like this Watermelon-Peach Salsa. I’m a big fan of both watermelon and peaches, and if you are too, you’ll need to try this! The fruit in this salsa makes it very refreshing and it's so good with chips—a great sweet-and-salty combination!

This summery salsa combines watermelon, peaches, basil, and chives (or green onion stems), flavored with some lime juice and hot pepper jelly. The pepper jelly makes this quite spicy, so if you don’t like spicy, you could substitute peach jelly. Serve this salsa with tortilla chips for a fruity snack or serve it in cups to eat as a fruit side or salad.
