Spring Flower Pretzel Bites

My family is not big cake eaters, which I love cake. Especially for Easter my mom always made a bunny cake. You know the kind with coconut all over for the fur and licorice for the whiskers. I miss that! So this year I have decided If I cant make the cute cake then I am going to make some cute treats. These flowers are a little messy to make but fun and easy and you know I love that!

First your supplies are pretzel bites, colored chocolate in wafers or blocks and the pastel M&Ms.

Now comes the messy part. I used a fork to dip the pretzel in the chocolate. At first I added too much chocolate and that just made them too messy. Dip the pretzel and tap it on the side of your bowl to get the extra chocolate off.

You will want to do them one at a time. My chocolate was hardening too fast to do more than that.

Then lay your M&M’s in a circle pattern around the pretzel and put the color of your choice in the middle.

Aren’t they the cutest. Easy to make and hopefully my grandchildren think they are good.

I am going to be sharing some more easy recipes up until Easter in case your family isn’t the bunny cake eating family either.
