I have been craving salads lately, and loving this new recipe: "SUPERFOOD: KALE + QUINOA SALAD" It is crunchy, tasty, so flavorful, loaded with fresh wholesome ingredients. These ingredients will keep you fueled and energized. The tangy and creamy basil lemon dressing is so tasty to elevate the flavors of this salad.
This is my version of Kale Mediterranean Salad, a great combination of fresh ingredients and added my fave SUPERFOOD "QUINOA" to fortify the salad and elevate the nutritious content.
