If you're looking for an easy and delicious salad, this is it! This one can be adjusted to your liking, and great as a side dish or main course. You can see more of my crazy creations here

I put all of my leafy greens in a bowl, I added kale, lettuce, radishes, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.

I had a few left over croutons, so I crushed them up and placed them in the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the chopped dill and season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use. Give the dressing a good shake before using it, as the ingredients may separate slightly while stored.

I added the dressing and tossed the salad. Use the dressing to dress your favorite salad greens and vegetables, or use it as a dip for fresh veggies.
