I’m obsessed with this salad recently! No joke, I’ve been making Kale Mango Salad on repeat all summer long

Its' flavorful, healthy and super easy indeed! Massaged Kale, sweet mango chunks and nuts with tangy lemon dressing makes it too good to resist.

This Kale Mango Salad makes a perfect side dish to meal or munch it as a snack. Just like how I love to make this family favorite mango salad with kale .

It is light on stomach, loaded with fibre. Just add any fruit of your choice and done!

Best in summer and for lunch or dinner.

For the preparation
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cups Kale
  • 1 Mangoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 4-5 Raspberries
  • 2-3 nuts of your choice
Making Salad
Add roughly torn or chopped Kale leaves into large bowl.
Now, add mango cubes
Add Avocado, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt in a chopper and mix well in the bowl.
Add chia seeds
Add Raspberries
Add your choice nuts - I have used cashews, walnuts
Mix well and serve!
