This Sprouts Salad recipe is very easy to prepare and full of taste as well as vegan, gluten-free and low fat. You really just have to bring all the ingredients and toss them together to get this simple, yet super enriching salad that can be made within minutes.


This salad is a powerhouse of proteins and fibre, which help in managing the blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels.


You can replace them with your own choice of sprouts like chickpeas.

For the ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup mixed sprouts
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup carrot chopped
  • ¼ cup beet chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ¼ pepper powder 
  • ¼ chaat masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • few mint leaves optional
Instructions
For making
Use homemade sprouts for making this healthy salad.
If you are using store-bought sprouts I highly recommend blanching them before using in the salad. I always do blanching to get the extra softness from the sprouts.
Take the sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables in the bowl
Add lemon juice, Add pepper powder and chaat masala powder.
Put some salt and mix everything together. Our salad dressing is ready.
Toss well. Combine the spices well with the salad ingredients.
Serve a bowl of this healthy sprouts salad for nutrients filled kick-start breakfast
