Ingredients
For the dressings and salad
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, from 1 medium lemon
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Mix Salad leaves
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Lettuce cut into slices
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber,
  • 2 Tbsp feta cheese crumbles,
  • 1 Cup bread croutons,
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Pumpkin Seeds-garnish
Instructions
Preparation
2 Tbsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, pressed garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp cumin, Yogurt- Mix well
In a large mixing bowl, add Mix salad leaves, Spinach, Lettuce, prepared salad ingredients.
Now chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, bread croutons, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
Sprinkle Pumpkin Seeds
