Broccoli Slaw

6 Servings
2 hr

Broccoli is such a healthy veggie, and I love coleslaw, so I thought I’d put the two together and try making Broccoli Slaw. It sounded like a win-win idea! I saw a package of pre-shredded broccoli slaw mix at the grocery store, so using that instead of shredding your own really saves a lot of time!

All you have to do is add in a few other ingredients to give this slaw some extra flavor and texture—like red onion, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and some fresh parsley

You do have to let this slaw refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, so keep that in mind when you make it! This slaw is a delicious way to up your broccoli intake and it’s a great, light dish for warm weather months!
