Healthy Turkey Lettuce Wraps

4 Servings
20 min

It’s time for healthy turkey lettuce wraps! I love this recipe because it’s insanely easy and packed with flavor.

One of my favorite things about this recipe is that you probably have most of these ingredients on hand. It's also keto and paleo friendly, so if you're looking to cut carbs, this is the recipe for you!

I used ground turkey for this recipe, but you can easily use ground beef, chicken, or even pork, if you wish.

I love this recipe for meal prepping. It's so easy to make the turkey ahead of time and quickly assemble for a healthy and easy lunch.

While turkey is cooking, chop cilantro, peanuts, and cut lime slices for serving.
After the turkey is done, let it cool for a few minutes, then assemble by adding turkey, peanuts, and cilantro in your romaine leaves. Squeeze with fresh lime juice and enjoy!
