  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 kg chicken thighs

Combine all ingredients other than the chicken in a small bowl. Mix together until fully incorporated.
