  • 1 lb Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 large Green pepper chopped
  • Large Vidalia onion sliced
  • 15 oz can Stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Great Value Peach pineapple chipotle salsa
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
Instructions

1. Place chicken, pepper and onion in a slow cooker; top with tomatoes.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken mixture, cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Yields about 1 1/2 to 2 cups per serving.
