I really enjoy a bigger meatball whether it be in spaghetti or just as a source of protein served with some rice and veggies. This recipe requires a bit of love and attention as you need to roll all the meatballs but the extra love is worth it for sure. This recipe calls for cilantro which I think is quite literally the best part but feel free to take it out if it is not your favourite. In the photos you can see that the onions I chopped up are a bit too big, I would suggest cutting them smaller than what I have done perhaps even using a food processor. With all this being said, enjoy the recipe!

Ingredients
- 500g lean ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 onion chopped finely
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together your ground beef, seasonings, cilantr, onion and garlic
- Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into balls so that it’s 1 inch in diameter
- In a pan, add in olive oil and put on high heat
- Put the meatballs in the pan to cook, turning them over every now and then to make sure they are cooked fully
