I really enjoy a bigger meatball whether it be in spaghetti or just as a source of protein served with some rice and veggies. This recipe requires a bit of love and attention as you need to roll all the meatballs but the extra love is worth it for sure. This recipe calls for cilantro which I think is quite literally the best part but feel free to take it out if it is not your favourite. In the photos you can see that the onions I chopped up are a bit too big, I would suggest cutting them smaller than what I have done perhaps even using a food processor. With all this being said, enjoy the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 500g lean ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl mix together your ground beef, seasonings, cilantr, onion and garlic
Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into balls so that it’s 1 inch in diameter
In a pan, add in olive oil and put on high heat
Put the meatballs in the pan to cook, turning them over every now and then to make sure they are cooked fully
