Another gluten-free, South Asian recipe for you to try. This is my go to Thai dish, when eating out or cooking at home. It is so simple but truly so delicious. Topped with an over easy fried egg for extra protein & flavor.

You can make this with diced chicken thighs or ground pork and adjust the spices or sauces to your preference. Many recipes use oyster or fish sauce, but I omitted them from this recipe. Turn up the heat by adding Thai chilies or hot sauce. If you are unable to find Thai basil, just use regular.
