Smashed Burger Tortillas
I made this smash burger tortilla wrap the other day and it was SO good. It was also easy to eat and less carbs then a typical burger.
Start with 1lb of ground beef, chopped onions, chopped parsley and garlic.
Add seasoning: salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and oregano.
Then mix it all together and add some broth, bone broth is best. Then let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or over night. The broth makes it so juicy!
On a tortilla, add a spoon full of the meat and use parchment paper to press it flat.
Try to make it as even as you can and cover the tortilla.
In a greased pan, add the tortilla meat side down and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Flip it over and cook the other side for another 2 minute.
Fold in half like a taco.
Now this is where you got some options, you can make it like a burger an add pickles, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, or you can go for more of a Mediterranean spin.
I added tzatziki cucumbers, red onion, and pickles.
Both ways were absolutely delicious!.
