Looking to whip up a quick and irresistible side dish? Get ready to elevate your potato game with this mouthwatering recipe!
For this dish I personally use my Ninja 15-in-1, but if you don't have a multi-cooker that can pressure cook and air fry your potatoes, don't worry. You can easily boil the potatoes on the stove for the same amount of time, and then air fry them for that perfect crispy finish. With just a few simple steps, you'll have perfectly seasoned and crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside potatoes that everyone will love. Literally, these disappear in no time when I make them! Let's get cooking!
Multi-Cooker Potatoes
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- In the multi cooker, add the chopped potatoes in a raised tray along with 1 cup of water. Close the lid, set the cooker to high pressure, and cook for 7 minutes. Once done, perform a quick release.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (about 400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the dried rosemary, minced garlic, black pepper, salt and dried sage.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and toss with the prepared herb mixture until well coated.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and air fry at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot as a delicious side dish.
