Eggnog Blondies

9 Blondies

Eggnog Blondies make such a wonderful holiday treat! I really didn’t know what to expect when I made these for the first time, but after tasting them, I can tell you they are really yummy and moist, and even if you aren’t crazy about eggnog, the eggnog flavor is so subtle that I’m sure you would like these!

In addition to eggnog, these blondies also have white chocolate (or vanilla) chips and dark chocolate chips, which both add to the yumminess (you can substitute milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips for the dark chocolate chips).

You can also add in chopped pecans or walnuts, or leave the nuts out if you prefer!

In large bowl (or bowl of an electric mixer), cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and eggnog until ingredients are combined and then add the flour mixture, mixing until blended.
Fold in chopped nuts, white chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips.
Pour batter into your greased 8 x 8″ pan and bake 30 to 34 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let pan of blondies cool completely on wire rack before cutting into squares and removing from pan.
